Woolworth Building, New York, NY

233 Broadway, Lower Manhattan

The “Cathedral of Commerce” demanded reverence. Hundreds of terra cotta tiles were custom-molded to match original designs from 1913. From rooftop to lobby, every detail told a story—and we made sure those stories could be told for another hundred years.

Flatiron Building, New York, NY

175 Fifth Avenue, Manhattan

Standing like an arrow between Fifth and Broadway, the Flatiron needed delicate stabilization. We engineered custom rigging to work safely on its sharp edge while preserving its slender beauty. A challenge in shape, a success in craft.

One Hanson Place, Brooklyn, NY

1 Hanson Place, Fort Greene, Brooklyn

Brooklyn’s skyline wouldn’t be the same without this iconic tower. From restoring the historic clock mechanism to rebuilding the copper dome, every element of this project reminded us that old-world charm still defines new Brooklyn.

The Apthorp, New York, NY

390 West End Avenue, Upper West Side

The Apthorp, a Beaux-Arts masterpiece, is one of Manhattan’s few full-block buildings. Reviving its grand courtyard and delicate terra cotta detailing was like restoring an Italian palace—only in the heart of NYC.

30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY

30 Rockefeller Plaza, Midtown Manhattan

A jewel of Art Deco architecture, “30 Rock” demanded precision and respect. Every limestone block was hand-cleaned to preserve its historic texture. Original metal details were carefully stripped, repaired, and recoated to shine like they did nearly a century ago. A project where history met modern engineering—seamlessly.
